| 'Pop' Charger is the Phrase coined by JWT ( Jim Wolf Tech ) for the 'Cone' type of intake.. JWT was a leader in the 300ZX Mods early on.. Other cars keep him in business now.. but he still supports the 300's.. In my Opinion ( you get what you pay for ) the 300 intake is VERY complicated.. and I think it can be simplified.. It was designed to with a few 'Heimholtz Resonator Circuits'.. to try and knock down the 'Bad' Resonance of the air slamming around long tubes.. The idea is good.. I just think it can be shortened a little.. That is the idea of the Pop Charger.. But I do not like Cone Air Filters.. No real filtering.. just looks cool.. I've driven an Aluminum Flywheel.. No chatter that I felt.. I have a Light Weight Steel that will be on the 3rd NA when it hits the road in a few weeks.. ECU will wake up the Car.. a LOT.. not hard to do.. FAQ's have a DIY if you want to chip the ECU yourself ( I know the Author :) ).. or you can Send your off to get it chipped.. a few options there.. What type of Smog do you need to do on the Car? Cj
